wonderful stay
great location convenient filter
I enjoyed the location. It was central. it made it easy to move about, i think. the rooms size is fantastic. the apartment had a water filter, convenient. it was a great idea, i thought.
i noticed the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. staff used a deodorizer on the first night. the smell continued to be present for the duration of our visit. this impacted how comfortable i was.

friendly staff late checkout
The location is convenient. I could easily walk to suria klcc shopping centre. the staff was super friendly. They helped with a late checkout (my flight was at midnight).
The gym only had a limited number of rackets available. It was quite poor considering the size of the hotel.
